We perform due diligence and assist our clients up to and including transaction completion. We are also available to remain engaged after completion to advise on employee participation schemes, investment rounds and commercial contracts. We also assist our clients in commercial litigation, for example when a counterparty breaches contract or acts unlawfully. We are sharp negotiators, summon, assist in getting seizures in place, file subpoenas and plead in our robes at the court of first instance and the court of appeal. We take the bull by the horns and tackle every problem head on. We only let go if and when there is a reason to do so. This is our commercial litigation practice.
